At Moon River®, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shipping experience. We work closely with reliable freight and logistics companies worldwide to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Here's an improved shipping policy that outlines our procedures:
Most orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and peak periods. During peak periods, there may be a one- or two-day delay, although we make every effort to minimize such delays.
All orders are shipped through FedEx and DHL.
For international shipments, orders are shipped to most regions within 3 to 5 business days. However, please bear in mind that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking and Order Status Updates
As soon as your product leaves our warehouse, we will promptly send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, FedEx or DHL will coordinate directly with you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping for orders over $250 (or equivalent currency).
Orders below $250 will be subject to a shipping fee of $25 (or equivalent currency).
Import Taxes and Duties
Depending on your region, duties, taxes, and security clearance will be added, and can be reviewed at checkout before placing your order. Your orders are shipped on a DDP basis. This means that Moon River provides door-to-door delivery, you don’t have to pay any additional costs for customs clearance.
